As a Rapid Response Nurse since 2018, she has managed complex medical emergencies and provided crucial clinical support across multiple departments. Prior to this, she spent 15 years bedside specializing in transplant and surgical care, where she demonstrated leadership as both a charge nurse and preceptor. Throughout her career, she has maintained impressive skill sets in critical care procedures, emergency response, and patient education. Since 2015, she has operated her own health coaching business, Eating Well with Katie Rose LLC, focusing on inflammatory diseases and gastrointestinal health. This entrepreneurial venture showcases her ability to work independently while maintaining strong patient relationships. Over the past year, Katie has begun transitioning into aesthetics, leveraging her extensive clinical background and patient care expertise to build a new career path in medical aesthetics. Jenna brings a blend of clinical nursing expertise and specialized aesthetic training to her career in healthcare. After graduating magna cum laude from Carlow University in 2009 with her BSN, she began her journey at UPMC Magee Women's Hospital before advancing to critical care roles at UPMC Presbyterian. Her work in cardiac and neurovascular intensive care units developed her expertise in complex patient care, advanced medical procedures, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Following a personal loss in 2019, Jenna made the conscious decision to temporarily step back from full-time nursing to focus on family while maintaining her involvement in charitable work, particularly with "Friends to Friends," an organization creating inclusive environments for individuals with and without disabilities. Recently, she has transitioned into medical aesthetics as a Laser Hair Removal Specialist and has obtained certifications in injectable fillers and botox. Her combination of intensive care experience, commitment to patient care, and aesthetic specialization provides a strong foundation for her continued growth in the medical aesthetics field. Medical Director

Dr. Michael Wong brings extensive expertise in sports medicine and nonoperative orthopedic care, backed by comprehensive training from prestigious institutions. After studying Biology and Psychology at Saint Vincent College and receiving his doctorate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his family medicine residency at UPMC Presbyterian-Shadyside followed by a fellowship at UPMC Sports Medicine. During his fellowship, he gained valuable experience serving as team physician for various athletic programs including Fox Chapel Area School District, Saint Vincent College football, University of Pittsburgh men's basketball, and Robert Morris University men's ice hockey. Since 2020, he has practiced at PT Family Medicine alongside his father, Dr. Kevin Wong, where he has focused on developing patient-centered care approaches. His expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and commitment to evidence-based treatment has led to the creation of Modern Edge Sports & Orthopedic Medicine in January 2025, a specialty department under his direction. This new venture focuses on comprehensive orthopedic and sports medicine care, regenerative medicine treatments, and wellness initiatives including bioidentical hormone replacement. As a board-certified specialist and current Penn-Trafford School district team physician and USA Boxing ringside physician, Dr. Wong continues to advance his vision of providing cutting-edge, personalized orthopedic care while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with surgical specialists across the region. His extensive background in sports medicine, regenerative treatments, and hormone optimization makes him uniquely qualified to serve as Medical Director of MPWR Aesthetics and Wellness, where he'll oversee the integration of advanced aesthetic and wellness services. Brandon brings over 15 years of healthcare expertise spanning critical care nursing, case management, and healthcare technology. Starting his career as a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU and transplant care, he advanced through roles in insurance case management and healthcare software sales and before founding M-PWR Consulting Solutions LLC in 2021. As a fractional practice manager for aesthetic practices, he excels in process improvement, client experience, marketing, and IT operations. A recognized industry leader, Brandon serves as faculty for the American Med Spa Association and Aesthetic Next conferences and established the Aesthetic Practice Management Group, a virtual mastermind community for practice managers. His diverse background in healthcare operations, technology implementation, and aesthetic practice management, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, uniquely positions him to lead MPWR Aesthetics, where he'll leverage his expertise to build an innovative and client-centered aesthetic practice. Olivia, a full-time student of University of Pittsburgh Greensburg, has demonstrated a strong work ethic and an ability to learn on her feet in her short working history. She excels at strategic organization, optimizing client experience, and executing tasks efficiently and quickly. Her experience in the sales and service industry since the age of sixteen has aptly positioned her to be an excellent office manager while she continues her Business Management and Finance studies at Pitt.
